Connecting Youth and Adults

with opportunities for positive mentoring relationships that inspire personal growth, provide access to resources and bring awareness to our community.

Our Mission

Thrive Mentoring is a program that connects local youth to safe and caring adult mentors in the Lake Chelan valley. We aim to inspire and support personal growth for participants by providing opportunities for mentor/mentee pairs to consistently spend quality time together and establish relationships built upon trust and a safety net of open communication.

  • 1:1 MENTORING

Many youth desperately need the investment of a caring adult. 1:1 Mentoring fosters happiness and success, increasing achievement through positive relationships. With 60% of students facing adverse experiences, many lack social skills.

Our vision is for all Chelan Valley students to have a mentor. We have over 50 mentor/mentee matches, thanks to our supportive community.

  • BECOME A MENTEE

Why mentoring? Thrive helps teens by providing consistent, fun support. We believe teens can achieve anything with someone in their corner! Thrive mentees enjoy VIP events, birthday grams, an awesome mentor and more.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

  • Time

Supporting our valley's youth requires a community effort. Our programs support both youth and the adults advocating for them. Donating time is invaluable as we serve, empower, and advocate for Lake Chelan valley youth. Click below to learn about becoming a Thrive Mentor or a Guest Speaker at our monthly Mentor trainings!

  • Donations

Monetary donations help Thrive mentor/mentee pairs experience new things together, which increases trust and builds resilience. Enrichment can also give students in poverty the chance to eat out or try a local activity for the first time. Enrichment is a critical component of the mentoring program and cannot exist without community support!

  • Resources

Our goal is to make building relationships easy and fun for mentor/mentee pairs. Thrive offers opportunities like dinner, ice skating, bowling, or mini golf. Our Thrive Cares program supports tangible needs, providing personalized wraparound support. Interested in donating items or experiences? Contact us today!
